Role Purpose
ROLE Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Head Mixologist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead bar operations and staff, develop cocktail menus and train bartenders, manage stock and supplier orders and control costs; maintain consistent service and hygiene and respond professionally to guest feedback.
