ROLE Grand Mercure Dubai City is recruiting a Chief Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead hotel engineering administration, repairs and preventive maintenance, manage spare parts and purchasing and prioritise breakdowns; allocate staff, plan training and support fire/safety and facilities programmes with other departments.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a relevant engineering/facilities bachelor's and five-to-seven managerial engineering years in hospitality, building-systems knowledge and team leadership/problem-solving.
