Role Purpose
ROLE Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah is recruiting a Head Baker in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead bakery production, recipes and presentation, supervise and train bakers and check product quality; plan menus and innovation, maintain hygiene and safety and control stock and efficient production routines.
