Role Purpose
ROLE GCG Enterprise Solutions (Ghobash Group) is recruiting a Field Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Install and commission commercial printers/MFDs, troubleshoot hardware/software and print-quality faults and perform preventive repairs; train users, meet service SLAs and record parts, diagnostics and equipment status with customer teams.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires an electronics/computer/IT-related bachelor's or diploma and hands-on print-machine service capability.
Main Activities
Relevant engineering/IT degree and Fujifilm/Kyocera/HP/Xerox/Ricoh/Konica Minolta/Canon OEM certifications are preferred; no minimum years is disclosed. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
