Role Purpose
ROLE Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is recruiting a Senior Chef De Partie (Turkish Kebab Speciality) in Lusail, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the kebab station, develop/refine dishes and supervise cooks, inventory, portions and costs; maintain hygiene and presentation, coordinate menus and ensure efficient, consistent service during busy periods.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires five-plus culinary years including three-plus CDP/supervisory, kebab/Middle Eastern expertise, team training and food-cost skills.
Main Activities
Food-safety certification is required or obtainable within 30 days; high-volume/Gulf experience, POS and Arabic are preferred. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
