Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Sidra Medicine is recruiting a Manager – Innovation in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead innovation strategy and programmes, oversee technology-transfer operations and intellectual property and negotiate commercial partnerships/licensing; connect researchers with industry/investors and monitor delivery aligned with clinical and research priorities.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires relevant master's and seven-to-ten progressive innovation/technology-transfer years, IP/commercialisation expertise, leadership and English.
Main Activities
PhD/MBA, research/Middle East exposure, ten-plus people-management years and CIL/Lean Six Sigma/PMP/PRINCE credentials are preferred. Qatari applicants may receive up to two years' experience reduction.
