Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Mobilization Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and oversee all mobilization activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project schedules.
In addition, prepare detailed mobilization documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports. Coordinate and manage visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration regulations for employees traveling or relocating internationally.
Moreover, provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa requirements, application processes, and travel-related queries.
Main Activities
Develop comprehensive mobilization plans in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience in project mobilization, operations coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask .
In addition, excellent written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills. Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
