Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is recruiting a 1er Porteur.se, Banquets (H/F/D) – Temps plein in Québec City, QC, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead banquet room setup and equipment checks, coordinate porters with banquet management and other departments and respond to event organisers' needs; report maintenance/safety concerns and uphold Fairmont service, hygiene and workplace-safety standards.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires three years managing teams or six months as a Fairmont Le Château Frontenac banquet porter with demonstrated leadership.
Main Activities
Excellent French/English, organisation, supervision and problem-solving skills are required; a third language is an asset. Needs physical capability, flexible hours and calm work under pressure.
