Role Purpose
ROLE Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach is recruiting a Assistant Guest Experience Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead guest-relations, lobby and lounge operations; coordinate arrival, stay and departure services with front-office teams; review feedback and resolve service issues; inspect guest areas and maintain luxury service standards.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS At least two years supervising or assisting management in guest relations, front office or guest experience in a five-star luxury hotel.
Main Activities
Requires advanced PMS and feedback-platform skills, Microsoft Office, strong English and service recovery. Dubai/GCC experience is strongly preferred; other languages are advantageous.
