Role Purpose
ROLE Marriott International is recruiting a Assistant Outlet Manager in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise restaurant service, opening/closing routines, staffing, inventories and safety; coach employees, coordinate kitchen/management concerns, resolve guest feedback and support service quality, supplies and budget objectives.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS High-school/GED, two related years and one supervisory year are preferred; no licence/certification is required.
