Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is recruiting a Bid Operations Co-Op in Oakville, ON, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain proposal trackers and reference content, coordinate bid-team updates and training materials, improve document graphics and workflows and support reporting dashboards; test automation tools and document processes with application engineers and bid managers.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's programme, fluent in English and organised with clear communication and attention to detail.
Main Activities
French and Google-platform experience are assets; interest in scripting, automation and process improvement is needed. The co-op placement is advertised for 12–16 months.
