Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Originate real-estate and entertainment growth projects; develop feasibility/business cases, manage tenders and partnerships and support fundraising and investment structures aligned with Vision 2030.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant bachelor's degree; advanced business/finance/real-estate study or PMP is strongly preferred.
Main Activities
Require government, real-estate, PPP or entertainment-project exposure, fundraising/JV/SPV and project-finance skills, Saudi tendering knowledge including Etimad/Ariba/Oracle, financial modelling and investment tools. Arabic/English fluency and Power BI/Excel/presentation capability are required.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
