Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE NMC Healthcare is recruiting a Case Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage case assignments, plans and progress, coordinate clinical/administrative/RCM teams and support timely discharge; review treatment/documentation and negotiate cost-effective DRG options while recording case statistics and outcomes.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires medical/allied-health graduate training, five hospital clinical years and one-to-two supervisory years.
Main Activities
Coding certification and knowledge of billing, auditing, approvals and clinical practice are required; auditing certification/training is preferred. EMPLOYMENT Full time.
