ROLE RAFFLES THE RED SEA is recruiting a Chef De Cuisine – Levantine Cuisine – Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Levantine kitchen menus and production across Raffles/Fairmont Red Sea; supervise chefs, maintain food quality and control portions, storage, waste and budgeted costs.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Recognized apprenticeship/culinary training required; additional culinary certificates advantageous.

Need deep Arabic/Levantine cuisine, hands-on kitchen leadership, detail and communication. Flexible operation and luxury service presentation expected.
