Role Purpose
ROLE Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is recruiting a Chef de Partie- Cold Kitchen in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the cold-kitchen station; organise preparation and presentation of salads, appetisers and charcuterie; guide the culinary team; maintain food safety, product quality and consistent production standards.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Formal culinary training and 3–5 years in a cold kitchen, including two in supervision.
Main Activities
Requires garde-manger techniques, HACCP, costing/inventory knowledge, English, leadership and sustained kitchen work. Fine-dining or high-volume experience is expected; other languages are advantageous.
