Role Purpose
ROLE One&Only Resorts (Kerzner International) is recruiting a Cluster Manager, Learning & Development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage training programmes and resources across two resorts; assess learning needs and coordinate staff development plans; design or arrange delivery of induction, service and leadership programmes and evaluate participant feedback.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Three to four years as a learning-and-development manager in luxury/five-star hospitality; strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Main Activities
Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
