Role Purpose
ROLE Atlantis The Palm (Kerzner International) is recruiting a Commis 1 – Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Bread Street Kitchen culinary team with daily food preparation and production; apply existing kitchen skills and develop through chef guidance; maintain quality and efficient teamwork during busy service.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Professional kitchen experience and 1–2 years in a comparable international luxury-hotel role.

Requires communication, teamwork, multitasking and commitment to culinary learning, with ability to work quickly while preserving quality.
