Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE NMC Healthcare is recruiting a Consultant – General Surgery/Vascular in Abu Dhabi. RESPONSIBILITIES Assess patients through history-taking and clinical examination; Establish and review clinical diagnoses; Prescribe and monitor authorized medication or therapy; Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care; Contribute to clinical quality review and improvement; Manage clinical risks and patient-safety standards; Provide perioperative and operative care within privileges.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Approved medical degree and internship; three vascular-surgery residency years leading to a master’s/HAAD-approved fellowship; HAAD medical licence; at least three years exclusively practicing vascular surgery after certification; English for documentation and team communication; medical-ethics knowledge. Medical Arabic is desirable.
