Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Contract & Commercial Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle; draft and negotiate agreements; assess obligations, risk and compliance; coordinate suppliers and business teams to protect commercial interests and meet contractual requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Twenty years in contract management, commercial law or procurement.

Requires drafting, negotiation, risk analysis, English and contract software/Office. Saudi law, ERP, international-contract and relevant certification experience are preferred.
