Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Contract Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the assigned contract administration and correspondence; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant civil/construction/QS/law/business degree; ten-plus contract/commercial/QS years on major infrastructure/transport projects.
Main Activities
FIDIC, claims/EOT/delay/variations, procurement, risk/disputes, advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aconex and document systems; stated professional credentials include MRICS/RICS, CCM, PMP, PMI-SP and CIArb. Consultancy preferred; aviation, P6 and Power BI preferred.
