Role Purpose
ROLE Sodexo Canada Ltd is recruiting a Cook Supervisor (70306838) in Calgary, AB, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee correctional kitchen meal production and staff/inmate workers, train and allocate duties and control inventory and secure equipment; maintain food-temperature, sanitation and production records and enforce institutional safety, nutrition and security requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires the advertised two-to-five years of progressively responsible food-service work, teamwork, communication and physical ability for lifting/prolonged standing.
Main Activities
Supervisory experience is preferred; institutional/correctional/high-volume experience is an asset. Duties involve supervising food service and inmate workers in a correctional facility.
In addition, must obtain/maintain the required correctional-facility security clearance and pass background screening.

EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
