Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager – Pre Contract in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage pre-contract costs for infrastructure projects; develop estimates and cost plans; coordinate tender and measurement information with stakeholders; advise clients on budgets, value opportunities and cost risks.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant surveying, construction or engineering degree and 5–10 years in pre-contract cost management.
