Role Purpose
ROLE Bosch Service Solutions North America LLC is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (5:00 am – 1:30 pm) in Itasca, IL, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle incoming roadside-assistance calls, collect driver and vehicle details and enter dispatch data; explain next steps, follow client workflows, escalate issues appropriately and protect confidential information while meeting team service standards.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS US work authorisation and high-school diploma/GED are required, together with desktop/MS Office ability, accuracy, communication and empathetic customer care.
Main Activities
Must commute to the Itasca site and keep the set schedule; French/Spanish and roadside/automotive experience are beneficial, not required. Indefinite US work authorisation is required; future sponsorship is unavailable.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
Delivery and Collaboration
Work model: On-site. Hours/arrangements: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday; initial six-week training schedule PAY AND BENEFITS USD 18.00 per hour retirement-plan provisions under employer terms.
