Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Design Manager – Landscape Architecture in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: landscape/public realm.
In addition, develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Develop or evaluate tender and proposal documentation; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Check quality standards and follow up compliance issues; Address the specified environmental or sustainability requirements; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training; Support the stated BIM/model-based design or coordination work.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Recognized landscape-architecture bachelor’s/master’s; at least 15 total years including three GCC design-management years; public-realm project management, regional codes/construction, Revit LA, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project and BIM 360; budget/team leadership. CMLI/ASLA-equivalent accreditation/eligibility preferred.
