Role Purpose
ROLE Raffles & Fairmont Doha (Accor) is recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Raffles/Fairmont Doha's F&B strategy and operational/commercial performance, set budgets and concepts and develop multicultural teams; coordinate restaurants, bars and banquets to improve revenue, cost efficiency and guest experience.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires relevant hospitality/F&B/business bachelor's and the advertised ten-to-twelve progressive luxury F&B leadership years, multi-outlet/banquet oversight, commercial controls and English.
Main Activities
