Role Purpose
ROLE Faena The Red Sea is recruiting a Director of Sales for Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead global sales for Faena The Red Sea; build luxury leisure, corporate, entertainment and MICE business; develop strategic accounts and coordinate commercial plans with marketing, reservations, revenue and operations teams.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant bachelor's degree; a master's is advantageous.
Main Activities
Require luxury hospitality/lifestyle sales leadership, revenue growth and team-management results, international luxury distribution knowledge, strategic account development and complex negotiations. Understand budgeting, revenue management and analytical reporting; use CRM and Office tools.
In addition, english fluency is required; other languages and luxury pre-opening exposure are desirable. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
