Role purpose: Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.

Delivery scope: Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.; Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation.; Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly).; Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.; Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates).; Minimize operation related comments by Third Party.; Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections.; Project Handing Over Documents Preperation and Follow Up.; Maintenance & Troubleshooting; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components.

Candidate profile: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university; Need a valid UAE driving license; Must have a mionimum of 6 years of similar experience;

Workplace and engagement: Full Time, onsite, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Salary, closing date and visa sponsorship are not disclosed by the employer.
