ROLE Baker Hughes is recruiting a Environmental Health & Safety Specialist – Fixed Facilities in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Packaging and assembling gas turbines and compressors.
In addition, performing critical lifting and rigging operations. Conducting pressure testing on equipment and systems.
Moreover, ensuring process safety standards are applied. Maintaining environmental compliance in all activities.
Therefore, using HSE software for reporting and documentation. Leading incident investigations as certified investigator.
Meanwhile, managing contractors and subcontractors effectively. Overseeing action assignment and tracking to closure.

REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree or Technical diploma Have 5 years’ minimum experience in Environmental Health & Safety within oil and gas or power sectors. Have NEBOSH certification Have industrial manufacturing safety background Hold MFG/Industrial Engineering background and mindset.
In addition, be able to promote an HSE interdependent culture across teams. Demonstrate interpersonal leadership skills in daily operations.
