Role Purpose
Lead estimating for major wind-energy and capital infrastructure projects. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Turner & Townsend; Montreal, Canada.
In addition, turner & Townsend provides project, programme and cost-management services.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Class 5–1 estimates and cost models; Develop contingencies and risk allowances; Defend estimates to investment stakeholders; Mentor estimators; Align engineering, procurement and construction inputs. REQUIREMENTS Relevant technical bachelor’s or equivalent experience; Advert specifies 12–15 years of estimating and leadership on CAD 500 million-plus projects; AACE CCP/CEP or equivalent P.Eng./PQS/CIQS; InEight, Cleopatra, CostX and advanced Excel; Quebec procurement/labour expertise; French and English; P6/SAP/Power BI and CAD 1 billion-plus projects advantageous.
