Role Purpose
Egis is seeking a Facade Architect (Site Supervision) for a Riyadh-based assignment.
Main Activities
The position focuses on the planning, design, technical coordination, governance, construction and quality control of façade or closely integrated structural and envelope systems. Work may cover unitized and stick curtain walls, windows, doors, aluminium and steel framing, architectural metals, stone, GRC or GFRC, roofing, waterproofing, media façade systems and specialist interfaces.
Delivery and Collaboration
The successful candidate will coordinate designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers; review technical deliverables; identify constructability and performance risks; help manage approvals and testing; and support compliant installation through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support façade design and delivery from concept through detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and handover
- review drawings, calculations, specifications, BIM models, material submissions and contractor proposals
- coordinate architectural intent with structural movements, tolerances, anchors, brackets, fire stopping, waterproofing, thermal, acoustic, air and water performance
- manage technical interfaces
