ROLE Our Habitas Ras Abrouq (Accor) is recruiting a Guest Experience Agent in Dukhan / Ras Abrouq, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Our Habitas Ras Abrouq guest arrivals/departures, preferences, requests and experience arrangements; coordinate departments and resolve enquiries to deliver personalised resort stays and accurate front-office administration.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires one-to-two front-office/guest-relations years, PMS experience, English and shift flexibility.
Main Activities
Relevant diploma/bachelor's is preferred; luxury/boutique resort exposure, LQA/Forbes knowledge and other languages are advantages. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
