Role Purpose
ROLE Raffles The Palm Dubai is recruiting a Guest Experience Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead guest-relations and butler teams across the guest journey; personalise services from pre-arrival to departure; improve satisfaction and resolve challenging situations; coordinate colleagues to maintain luxury service standards.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS At least five years leading guest-facing services in luxury hospitality, with ultra-luxury experience mandatory.
