Role Purpose
ROLE SO/ Uptown Dubai is recruiting a Guest Relation Agent – Residences in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and assist SO/ Uptown Dubai residents and guests, manage enquiries and service recovery and coordinate concierge, housekeeping, engineering and security support; maintain preference records and organise move-ins, transport and lifestyle arrangements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS English is mandatory; Russian is highly desirable and other languages are advantages.
Main Activities
Guest-relations/luxury-hospitality experience and service certification are preferred/assets. Requires communication, detail, problem-solving and flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
