Role Purpose
Generate and activate B2B airline accounts as an Etihad Inside Sales Officer in Abu Dhabi. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
In addition, prospect through telephone, email and virtual channels. 2.
Moreover, qualify leads and develop low-touch business accounts. 3.
Main Activities
Promote fares and commercial campaigns and reactivate dormant accounts. 4.
In addition, track conversion and revenue in Salesforce. 5.
Moreover, onboard new customers and hand high-value leads to Field Sales. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE UAE-national vacancy.
Delivery and Collaboration
Relevant business/sales bachelor's degree and at least four years in inside sales, B2B sales or customer service. Proven lead-generation and conversion skills, CRM experience, commercial awareness and strong communication.
