Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Inspector – Mechanical – Building Construction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: HVAC, plumbing.
In addition, inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Manage the assigned contract administration and correspondence; Check quality standards and follow up compliance issues; Identify and track defects, nonconformities or outstanding works; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Mechanical-engineering diploma/degree; at least eight building-construction mechanical-inspection/QA years; HVAC/plumbing, UAE codes, drawings, pressure/temperature/electrical test tools, site safety and accurate reporting. Inspection credentials and construction/digital documentation systems are preferred.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
