Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE CIMA+ is recruiting a Intermediate Structural Engineer – Buildings in Mississauga / Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead building structural design in concrete, steel and mass timber, prepare drawings/specifications and assess existing assets; coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, quality controls and proposals and manage junior engineers and technologists from concept through completion.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a civil-engineering bachelor's, eight years of structural-building design/construction/project experience, PEO membership, English, structural software and Ontario/Canadian code knowledge.
Main Activities
Needs driving licence and vehicle for visits; PSPC reliability clearance is an asset. Hybrid location can be Mississauga or Bowmanville.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Full-time.
Delivery and Collaboration
Work model: Hybrid. Hours/arrangements: Hybrid: two office days; Mississauga or Bowmanville base and site visits PAY AND BENEFITS Pay amount not disclosed.
