Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Landscape Architect in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: landscape/public realm.
In addition, develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Address the specified environmental or sustainability requirements; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Support the stated BIM/model-based design or coordination work. REQUIREMENTS At least three landscape-design/delivery years and one KSA/Gulf year; narrative also describes 3–5+ years.
Main Activities
Advanced SketchUp/Revit-equivalent/BIM, GIS, Adobe, site/spatial analysis and sustainability skills required. Relevant landscape degree, professional licence and Gulf/arid-climate portfolio are preferred.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
