Role Purpose
ROLE NMC Healthcare is recruiting a Manager – Rewards and Workforce Operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead workforce budgets, position governance and compensation/performance cycles, reconcile recruitment/payroll cost forecasts and manage reward controls; partner Finance/HR leaders, develop reporting and coordinate the specialist operations team.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires relevant HR/finance/accounting/business bachelor's and ten-to-fifteen rewards/workforce/people-cost years with leadership and UAE multi-site experience.
Main Activities
Advanced Excel, HRIS/Power BI, financial controls and UAE employment knowledge are needed; master's/rewards credentials and healthcare/advisory experience are preferred/assets. EMPLOYMENT Full time.
