Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Principal Consultant – Procurement (KSA National) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: ELV systems.
In addition, prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Saudi nationals only. KSA-national restriction retained; construction/civil/QS/law/procurement degree is preferred; MCIPS or strategic-procurement master’s stated.
In addition, strategic procurement, construction packages, tender documentation, supplier/market engagement and standard-form contract development, negotiation and award experience required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
