ROLE CNS Middle East (Ghobash Group) is recruiting a Procurement Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead procurement of technology products and services; evaluate suppliers and negotiate commercial terms; manage purchasing and supplier performance; coordinate with delivery, finance, legal and technology partners to meet project commitments.
