Egis Group is recruiting a Project engineer （Bridge Project Experience） in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The active official vacancy, reference REF14344J, supports construction, infrastructure, engineering or site-delivery work within Engineering.

Role purpose: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Dubai-based bridge maintenance and construction team.

Delivery scope: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in bridge construction, bridge maintenance, or related infrastructure projects within the UAE.; The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and delivering bridge works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.; Manage and supervise bridge construction and maintenance activities on-site.; Coordinate daily operations with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.; Monitor project progress, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.; Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submittals.; Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and work plans.; Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA, and other relevant authority requirements.; Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities.; Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.

Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.; Minimum 8 years of experience in bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation, or bridge maintenance projects.; Strong knowledge of bridge structures, concrete repair works, structural strengthening, bearings, expansion joints, and maintenance methodologies.; Experience working on UAE infrastructure projects is highly preferred.; Good understanding of project planning, quality management, and construction methodologies.; Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.; Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.; Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. ;

Workplace and engagement: Full Time, onsite, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Salary, closing date and visa sponsorship are not disclosed by the employer.
