Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Wood is recruiting a Project Engineering Manager in Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunity reviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and cash collection Contributes to and reviews the project proposal and plan to determine timeframe, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
In addition, contributes to setting project evaluation parameters REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgical, or related). 20 years of experience in fertilizers, mining, or metals industries.
Main Activities
Proven track record managing small to mid‑range projects in an owner‑side or engineering role. Strong experience in engineering coordination and design review.
In addition, hands-on experience with engineering for ammonia, urea, phosphates, aluminum, gold, or copper plants. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and other engineering/project management tools.
Moreover, excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
