ROLE Faena The Red Sea is recruiting a Recruitment Manager (Saudi National Only) in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead property recruitment strategy and hiring delivery; plan workforce needs, coordinate department managers and attract, assess and onboard candidates while meeting nationalization requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Saudi nationals only. Relevant bachelor's degree, Saudi employment/Saudization knowledge and nationalization-target delivery required.
Main Activities
Hospitality/KSA experience preferred; local education/talent networks highly preferred. English needed; Arabic strongly preferred.
