Role purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Management responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.; Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively; Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes; Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients; Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements; Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards; Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs; Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders; Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices;

Candidate requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.; Proven experience (20+ years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.; Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices; Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred; Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams; Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools); Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management; Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities; Experience in budget management and resource allocation; Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client; Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance.;
