Role Purpose
ROLE Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is recruiting a Reservations Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle reservation enquiries across phone and email; book rooms and maintain accurate guest information; advise on accommodation and requests; coordinate bookings professionally to provide a smooth guest experience.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS At least one year in reservations or sales, preferably hospitality.
Main Activities
Requires strong English, telephone communication, PMS/Office and typing around 40 words per minute. Must work varied shifts, weekends and holidays; Russian or Turkish is advantageous.
