Role Purpose
ROLE Etihad Airways is recruiting a Riding Engineer (Line Maintenance International) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain aircraft airworthiness during riding-engineer and outstation duties; diagnose and rectify defects; coordinate operational maintenance support; maintain regulatory compliance and aircraft-type authorisations across assigned locations.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS High-school qualification and valid aircraft-maintenance licence convertible to GCAA requirements.
Main Activities
Requires five years in aircraft maintenance, including three in line maintenance, plus 2–3 years certifying at least two specified Etihad aircraft types with current authorisation. Technical degree/diploma is preferred.
