Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Rolling Stock Lead – Rail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise rolling stock maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and performance management to ensure operational excellence Develop, implement, and optimize planned maintenance and condition management (PMCM) strategies aligned with organizational objectives Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and implement data-driven improvements Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and procurement activities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency REQUIREMENTS Minimum 12 years of professional experience in rolling stock maintenance or rail fleet management Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing maintenance teams and operations Extensive knowledge of planned maintenance and condition management (PMCM) principles and implementation Strong expertise in rolling stock systems, components, and maintenance requirements Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Solid understanding of rail industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Proven ability to analyze maintenance data and utilize analytics for process optimization Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on performance and development Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation Knowledge of predictive and condition-based maintenance techniques Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems Preferred experience in the Middle Eastern rail or transportation sector EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
