Role Purpose
ROLE Baker Hughes is recruiting a Sales Advisor Technical Sales – Rotating Equipment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Originating sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial Upgrade solution with a brownfield project.
In addition, promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology. Working in close cooperation with DTI ( Demand to Inquiry, feasibility technical team), regional sales, account sales, commercial and technical proposal staff and functions.
Moreover, handling products and systems through mainly rotating machinery and control technical expertise, knowledge of the market and the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role you will: Have an Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, with an additional 3 years of experience in rotating equipment industry (gas and steam turbines, compressors, etc).
In addition, have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Moreover, have the ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Have the ability to lead programs / projects. Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
