Role Purpose
ROLE Raffles Doha & Fairmont Doha is recruiting a Sales Coordinator (Russian Speaker) for Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate leisure sales for Raffles and Fairmont Doha; prepare offers and contracts, handle client correspondence, update records and connect internal departments with travel partners.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree. Require sales coordination/reservations/hospitality experience, English communication and Russian fluency.
Main Activities
Luxury hotel experience is preferred; leisure trade support is advantageous. Use Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Opera Cloud, Delphi or comparable sales systems are preferred.
In addition, bring strong organization, accuracy, confidentiality and cross-team service skills. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
