Role Purpose
ROLE Visa is recruiting a Sales Enablement Manager for Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Run Visa CEMEA commercial-solutions enablement; govern knowledge content, validate recognition records, manage sales plays/leads/training and support incentive-process controls.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant bachelor's degree; MBA/relevant master's preferred.
Main Activities
Require sales/support/marketing/finance experience, B2B process and lead optimization plus financial-services/payments exposure. Use AI tools and Power BI/Tableau; bring analysis, accuracy, influence and time-sensitive team delivery.
In addition, multinational experience is strongly preferred; hybrid work. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
